Waste Management incorrectly billing residents
All,
Please be aware that Waste Management erroneously sent out over 9000 invoices for Jan - March 2007 even though they are discontinuing service on Jan 1. I received this invoice yesterday and sat on the phone with WM for 45 minutes while they confirmed the mistake. This is also being reporting in the Tampa Tribune. (http://pasco.tbo.com/pasco/MGBD35DI8WE.html). In the end it is a yet another mistake by WM.

I received a second billing from WM for Jan- April 2007 and yet the county extended their contract for another year. You otta love the way our county takes care of us.
